Our approach

Evidence matters. So does your experience.

Lume Minds brings psychological expertise, current research and lived understanding together. You are an active collaborator in the work — never a passive recipient of a standard plan.

Explore what may fit

Three sources of understanding

Care becomes stronger when knowledge connects.

Each perspective contributes something important. No single source replaces the others.

01

Psychological expertise

Clinical formulation, established therapeutic approaches and thoughtful professional judgement help create a coherent understanding.

02

Current research

Research guides decisions and keeps care open to new knowledge, while its limits and relevance to the individual are considered carefully.

03

Lived understanding

You bring vital knowledge of your own inner world, history, relationships, needs and preferences. That expertise belongs in the room.

The whole person

Mental health lives in a wider world.

Symptoms matter, but they do not exist in isolation. Care can consider the systems, pressures and routines that influence how life feels and functions.

01

Mental health experiences

02

Relationships and family

03

Education and employment

04

Sleep and daily routines

05

Physical wellbeing

Evidence in practice

A guide, not a script.

Evidence-informed care is more than naming a therapy model. It means considering the quality and relevance of research, applying clinical judgement and remaining responsive to the person.

Zsofi may draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, emotion-focused and interpersonal approaches, family systems frameworks and trauma-informed integrative care.

Methods are selected and explained according to the individual. Care is reviewed, adapted and shaped by personal choice.

01

Personalised

Care adapts to your needs, goals, context and preferences. Evidence guides the work without forcing you into a generic pathway.

02

Connected

Therapy considers relationships, study, work, routines, physical wellbeing and the wider support system around you.

03

Evidence-informed

Current research and established psychological approaches guide care alongside clinical judgement and your lived experience.

A future direction

Where care, medicine and lived experience can work together.

Lume Minds’ long-term ambition is to develop a founder-led, research-active multidisciplinary clinic organised around the whole person.

This is a philosophy and future direction. Lume Minds currently provides individual psychological care; medical appointments, group programs, multidisciplinary services, biomarker testing and inpatient care are not currently offered.

The next step

A clearer way forward can start with one conversation.
